This allows the phenomenal Deanston new make to flourish and shine. It is then finished for 2 years in first fill ex-bourbon casks to create a fantastic flavour which is well rounded and balanced. Some would say, at least our Head of Distilleries would say, it reminds them of Orange Marmalade with lots of rind mixed through. Non-chill filtered and natural in colour, for a truly authentic character, colour and taste.
