Aber Falls Distiller's Cut Sauternes Cask Limited Edition (2022) 70cl

The first whisky distillery in North Wales for over a century, Aber Falls has matured this single malt in ex-Sauternes casks, creating a fruity and floral character. Aromas of plump apricot, honeysuckle and sultana fill the nose, leading to notes of creamy milk chocolate, freshly ground coffee and toasted cinnamon on the palate.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Light Amber

Nose: Berries and cream with a rich grape influence, sweet malt, and rich oak

Palate: Sweet grape, soft toffee and syrup, creamy berries, with hints of nut and rich oak.

Finish: Long and lingering sweet fruit notes.
