The first whiskey released by Colorado's Boulder Spirits, this Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a soft, easy-going approachable character. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, kettle corn, baked apples and melted butter that linger in the finish.

Tasting Notes

Nose Warm, melted butter spread over crisp sweetcorn, stewed apple, dusted with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Palate Gently sweet toffee popcorn, biscuity barley, and honeyed flapjack, with oaken vanilla and just a touch of woody spice.

Finish Lingering notes of baked fruit, juicy barley, and buttery oak.
