Caol Ila 16 Year Old Single Cask Cut Your Wolf Loose 'Cut The Leftovers Loose' #3 70cl

The third release under the lovely leftovers loose label! Although this release isn't so weird, it sure its wonderful. A super classic and tasty 16 year old Caol Ila, twist is there's only 80 bottles (seriously!?!) You would think that we are being stingy but that all the cask gave us - The bitter sweet thing about whisky unfortunately.

Nose: Like if you tried to polish a wooden floor with an orange right next to an open fire (not exactly the best method)

Palate: After rubbing up against each other (wow wow lets keep it PG), the orange and oak floor board went on a lovely romantic trip on a turbulent salty boat ride and the only onboard snack was cloves (who even snacks on cloves!?)

Finish: a marathon long finish, just without the sore feet and the effort. Smoke, spice and everything nice!
