Chichibu Rouge Usagida Japanese Red Wine (2025) 75cl

Japanese wine that has been produced since 2015 only.

Red wine made from "Muscat Baily A" and "Merlot" harvested in Chichibu. It features aromas of red berries such as raspberry and framboise, and a pleasant acidity.

Chichibu Farmers Factory has 2.0 hectares of farmland in the Yoshida Usagi area of Chichibu City, and has been planting grapes such as Berry A and Merlot since April 2014.

In addition, in cooperation with contract farms, we are steadily producing high-quality grapes.

Chichibu has an inland climate and experiences large temperature differences between day and night. When the temperature drops at night, the sugar content of the grapes increases and the color improves, making it an ideal place for growing wine grapes.
