The third batch of Filey Bay's Peated Finish Whisky is here! Distilled in Yorkshire, the whisky was initially matured in a selection of first-fill bourbon barrels, before a secondary maturation in peated casks, imparting elegant notes of delicate smoke to the sweet, citrussy malt.

Tasting Notes

Nose Caramel, toasted almonds, and lemon drizzle cake support waves of elegant peat smoke.

Palate Apples and plums lead, with floral malt, roasted nuts, and sweet baking spices, while whispers of coastal peat murmur beneath.

Finish A touch of pepper, smoked oak, lemon balm, and runny caramel.
