An elegant wine, the youngest in the winery and made with 100% Tempranillo grapes harvested in the 2020 campaign.

Intense garnet red color . The nose is very complex and persistent, highlighting the ripeness of the grape with aromas of red fruits in liquor , with notes of violet and spices . In the mouth it is a full-bodied, long and meaty wine, with a notable structure of elegant and sweet tannins.

The Finca Rodma winery has presented its Finca Rodma Selección 2020 wine which, for its winemaker, Antonio Nieto, manages to reflect the exceptional quality of the fruit from a harvest that was classified as "excellent" in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, «the 2020 vintage was fresher than 2019, less concentrated and with greater acidity. For this reason, during the production process, the pre-fermentation macerations were lengthened in order to extract less tannins in the final phase.
The collection was carried out manually in 15 kilo boxes. Intense garnet red in color, the nose is very complex and persistent, highlighting the ripeness of the grape with aromas of red fruits in liquor, with notes of violet and spices. In the mouth it is a full-bodied, long and meaty wine, with a notable structure of elegant and sweet tannins.
The Tempranillo or Fine Tinta variety grapes, harvested in 2020, were characterized by a higher degree of acidity than those of the previous vintage, so "elegance prevails, with polished and sweet tannins that make it a very seductive wine that conquers in every drink," said Antonio Nieto.
The dream of the Martín Rodríguez family
The winery began its journey in 2019 when the Martín Rodríguez family decided to expand its catalog of agri-food products, a sector to which they have been linked for more than 40 years. With a vineyard located in a unique environment, the "golden mile" of Ribera del Duero, Finca Rodma has transferred respect for the grapes to its productions, both in the field and during its production in the winery.
