TASTING NOTES

Nose: Beautifully bright and fruity. Citrus, green and yellow fruits balanced by honeycomb, aged mead, subtle waxy notes and impressions of green tea with citrus rinds and furniture oils.

Palate: Really impressive freshness and vigour even at 31 years. Great attack dominated by crystallised citrus and exotic fruits, oily cereal notes, waxes, light hessian and camphor notes and more impressions of fruit teas, delicate medicinal touches and then flower honey, mineral oils and golden syrup.

Finish: Long, on lemon barley water, malt extract, toasted cereals, waxes and herbal extracts with more dried exotic and green fruits.
