Nose: The original cask which this dram has spent most of its days is the first port of call with vanilla and tingling mixed peppercorns wrapping theirselves around the juicy raisins from the fresh Cognac cask.

Palate: The short finish in the Cognac allows that classic Glenglassaugh spirit to shine but not without an elegant twist of Frances finest dancing onto the scene bringing all of the raisin and yellow sultana notes that you really look for in this type of cask finish.

Finish: A lively and playful finish with lots of recurring flavours bringing together all of the component parts of this great dram.
