A small batch Glenlossie 2012 12-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage as #35 in their splendid 100-Proof Editions series.

This 12-year-old Glenlossie 2012 was bottled from a small batch of bourbon hogsheads and first fill Oloroso sherry butts and weighs in at the 100-Proof Editions’ standard 57.1%, equivalent to the old Imperial 100-Proof in the UK. Glenlossie is a particularly obscure member of Diageo’s portfolio of Speyside workhorses, spending its days making whisky mostly for the Haig blends, so it’s great to see a full-throttle high strength sherried indie version.
