Grand Old Parr 12 Year Old Travel Retail Exclusive 2000s 1L

This Diageo-owned blend made its debut in 1909 and is now mostly seen in overseas markets, particularly in Central and South America. Aromas of caramel, stewed fruit and candied citrus fill the nose, alongside cereal notes, light peat smoke and raisin on the palate.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Well-balanced nose with sherried notes of orange, nutmeg, wine gums and vanilla. Water introduces a heathery/earthy smoke note.

Palate: Chewy. It's well balanced and juicy but with little jabs of citrus to keep you interested.

Finish: Long and mellow, starts cakey then comes pepper.
