Celebrate 100 years of House of Suntory with this limited edition Hakushu 12 Year Old featuring a special new label design in honour of Suntory's strive for quality and ingenuity, grounding them in Japanese culture.

Hakushu 12 Year Old was born at Suntory's mountain distillery nestled deep in the forests of Mt. Kaikomagatake. Hakushu is distilled using peated spirit, which is perfectly softened and balanced with pure mountain water to create this fresh expression.

Tasting Notes

Nose Toasted barley, seed & nut loaf, chopped almonds and a little bit of barrel char. Hints of milk chocolate and dried grass bring sweetness.

Palate Much more fruit on the palate, but it's by no means a sweet whisky. Still rich, herbaceous and grassy, with a waft of smoke along the way.

Finish Quite short, though enjoyable with orange peel and a touch of minerals.
