TASTING NOTES

Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: The nose of this whisky, nicknamed the "Gourmet Pâtissier", seduces with its gourmet aromas evoking vanilla, brioche, crème brûlée, with an obvious touch of pear. Light notes of coconut and banana then enrich this olfactory palette, while malted barley, in the background, adds a subtle cereal dimension to the whole.

Palate: This whisky offers a gourmet and refined experience, with a creamy texture that delicately coats the palate. The pastry aromas of the nose, such as vanilla, brioche and crème brûlée, dominate in intensity, offering an enveloping sweetness. Then follow the fruity notes of pear, bringing a touch of freshness, and the malty aspect of barley, discreet but present. A subtle touch of white pepper spices adds additional elegance.

The finish is marked by persistent notes of vanilla, concluding this experience in a deliciously gourmet way.
