This is the first product from Kuju Distillery to use peated raw liquor.
The main ingredient is peated raw new make aged in bourbon barrels, and only a few carefully selected barrels were blended together.
The aging period is approximately two years.
The delicate aroma is reminiscent of fruit and white flowers, and the flavor is a combination of rich sweetness and well-mellow peat.

Although it is a newborn, you can enjoy the multi-layered aroma and flavor that has developed through aging.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Grapefruit, white flowers, herbs, vanilla, and a mature peat aroma.

Taste: Green apple, lemon candy, rich sweetness, ginger syrup.

Finish: Complex aftertaste with gentle peat smoke and acidity.
