To celebrate being the Official Spirit of the European Tour UK Swing Events across the country - Loch Lomond launched 5 exclusive cask bottlings to coincide with each venue. Each one of these casks was carefully selected by Master Blender Michael Henry. All distilled in 2006 and originally matured in American oak.

Distilled at the Loch Lomond distillery in the Highlands, this release was bottled for golf's Wales Open & Classic Tour, held at Celtic Manor. Distilled in 2006, this expression was laid down to mature for 14 years, including some time spent maturing in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, before there were just 473 bottles produced in 2020 at a cask strength of 52.3% abv. free from chill filtration.

Cask Finish: 1st Fill Sauternes Cask for 12 - 18 Months

Nose

Freshly sliced pineapple, bourbon steeped sultanas, pancakes with a good drizzling of maple syrup, vanilla fudge and a hint of something window putty-esque.

Taste

A wedge of pineapple upside down cake drenched in vanilla custard, bread pudding, Tunes cherry lozenges, Demerara sugar, charred oak and more of those bourbon steeped sultanas.

Finish

A sweet, sumptuous finish, that results in the eager licking of lips..
