This Macallan 12 years old was bottled in 2004, part of a limited edition series of 6 different x-ray images of the Macallan 6 pillars by British photographer Nick Veasey who used an X-ray machine rather than a traditional camera to take the images. The Macallan’s six pillars are: spiritual home, curiously small stills, finest cut, exceptional oak casks, natural colour and peerless spirit. Macallan Whisky Maker's Edition has been personally crafted by the distillery's manager, Bob Dalgarno, from a mix of sherry and bourbon casks.

The Macallan Whisky Maker's Edition is part of Macallans award-winning 1824 Collection. It is a delicious single malt layered with fruit and spice crafted by Bob Dalgarno.
