Michter’s US *1 Kentucky Rye is made from select American rye grain, of which is sheared to maximise the extraction of flavour from the grain. Every bottle comes from a single fire-charred, new American white oak barrel, ensuring the highest quality from every limited batch. Ideal in neat or in cocktails, this rye has notes of citrus, butterscotch and oak.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Menthol, dark chocolate, spicy rye bread dough, charred oak, aromatic spices.

Palate: More mint and chocolate with peppery spice, butterscotch, toasted spices and rye bread.

Finish: After eight mints, spicy oak and charred citrus.
