Tasting Notes

Nose Brown sugar, walnut oil, buttered corn with a dusting of cumin.

Palate More butter, more corn, more flavoursome spices, and dollop of extra thick double cream for good measure.

Finish Waves of toffee and honey, with underlying oak spiciness and a hint of mint leaf.
