Guardian of the know-how of the Pol Roger champagne house, Brut Réserve has a beautiful straw yellow color and abundant, fine effervescence. It offers an optimal balance between power and finesse, wonderfully combining structure and vinosity, elegance and freshness.

This particular favourite of Sir Winston Churchill; he even described the Champagne house as "the most drinkable address in the world". This non vintage entry has a beautiful golden coloured hue, and is a exceptional blend of three grape types- Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This is then bottled and stored for 4 years, with each bottle been rotated by hand every day (or riddled to give it the correct term) to encourage the breakdown of the yeast, which produces the bubbles that makes Champagne so well known and desirable. Elegant and refined, the cuvée Brut Réserve is certainly the champagne for all occasions.
