Back in 1849 when everyone else was using a rye mashbill, Rebel pioneered wheat-based bourbon. And it’s this award-winning wheated recipe that continues to defy trends today. Rebel Bourbon is unapologetically original and brazenly bold. But don’t let its rough edges fool you. Rebel Bourbon whiskey goes down smooth, whether you prefer it neat, on the rocks, or mixed.

For more than 150 years, Rebel Bourbon has remained true to its rebellious roots. That’s probably why it feels right at home at Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky. Since 2018, the distillery has been making a name for itself in Bourbon Country by honoring tradition but doing whiskey differently.

It’s not every day you visit a distillery with more than 18,000 square feet, six barrel warehouses at capacity, and a 43-foot custom copper still churning out bold spirits, including Rebel Bourbon and its partners-in-clrime Ezra Brooks, David Nicholson, and Blood Oath.

Bottled at 115 proof (56.5%) with a mash bill of 68% Corn, 20% Wheat and 12% Malted Barley this is a wheated bourbon of great mouthfeel and intensity.
