The third release in Starward’s small batch series, matured in ex-Hungarian oak red wine casks and charred Hungarian oak casks.

Baking spices, caramelised banana, dried fruits, vanilla and familiar bourbon and oak notes on the nose. These flavours carry through onto the palate, where a hint of ginger lingers to the finish. "

"A well-balanced whiskey with a nutty aroma joined by dried fruit, honey, and tropical mango. The palate starts out sweet, then grows more dry, with notes of peach, red apple, dried tropical fruit and plum, leading to a lingering finish of cola and dried red berries.
