As we continue to explore the regional effects of rye and its producers, this limited release offers something entirely new compared to the familiar profile of our signature unmalted Mallee Rye. Made with 100% malted rye sourced from the Riverina region

A lovely, fruity rye whiskey with notes of orange marmalade, lemon curd, toasted cedar, dried figs, and sticky toffee pudding. This three-year-old Aussie whiskey is crafted from 59% Mallee rye, 35% Australian corn, and 6% Australian malted barley.

Delivering a surprisingly round and robust flavour, this whiskey opens with lively notes of sweet spice, raw pastry and liquorice allsorts. As it unfolds, the rye malt softens the typically bold rye character, creating a broader, smoother profile on the palate.
