Tasting notes
Nose:Sweet blackcurrant gives way to liquorice and fresh mint leaves. Lemon peel and ginger spice leads to sweet smoke.
Taste:Stewed raspberry leads to smooth orange peel. Baked apple with faint notes of black pepper.
Finish:Full with oak and summer berries.
