Refund policy

Returns Policy: 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. A return request must be via email to carlos.yabrudy@whiskysituation.co.uk. The cost of postage will be deducted from the total refunded amount as this is not recoverable. 

After 14 days there is no right of return and is entirely discretionary thereafter. 

Purchases outside of the UK are not eligible for protection of the UK Consumer Bill of Rights of 2015
