12. Whisky Situation is not liable for customs that you may have to pay upon delivery in your corresponding nation or the nation of the delivery address.

13. Shipping is always made with a tracking number however, please be aware that updates may be delayed or not in real time.

The above countries can be shipped to only in the following conditions:
a. The Recipient is authorised to receive this e.g. a business that is authorised to sell alcohol in the above nations
b. All responsibility of customs, processing and receipt or forwarding are borne by the purchaser
c. Contact and authorisation is obtained from management at Whisky Situation and a quotation produced. 
d. No right to refund exists after placing the order at any stage after purchase is made for the above nations.

REFUNDS, LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGE, INSURANCE & GOVERNING LAW

14. Whisky Situation is not held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit out of the United Kingdom. The Consumer Bill of Rights Legislation of 2015 is adhered to strictly giving consumers in the UK 14 days after a distance sale to return an item in its original condition. 

15. If a return is opted for, it must be in writing to carlos.yabrudy@whiskysituation.co.uk. After the package has been received, a refund will be made within 3-7 working days minus shipping costs. 

16. Returns for opened products or unsealed products are not valid. 

17. Insurance is available at 3% of the package value and must be opted for prior to send out and notified in writing to carlos.yabrudy@whiskysituation.co.uk to be added. If this is not added to International shipments, one chooses to take the risks. 

18. Whisky Situation only uses UPS, FedEx or Royal Mail to ship packages and has less than 0.03% of incidents recorded of delay, non delivery or damage. 

19. Should a dispute be raised that circumvents international rights of a retailer selling to an international customer, the claim will be defended with proof of packaging that will award the claim to Whisky Situation even if using a credit card to purchase items. The Terms are binding and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they have the correct level of cover and have read the Terms of Sale. 

20. Damage must be reported upon receipt of the package.
