Their Special Finishes Collection is an ever-growing exploration of finishes and perspectives on their iconic bourbon profile. And to add to their collection, they created Rum Cask. By finishing for nine weeks in rum cask barrels straight from Havana, Cuba, they impart notes of spice and tropical sweetness on their 4-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. And they're excited to include this unique flavour profile with the rest of the Yellowstone family.
Tasting Notes
Nose : Gingerbread, poached pear and fresh-cut hay.
Palate : Toasted marshmallow, crème brûlée, toffee and toasted oak.
Finish : Tobacco, clove and cocoa-seasoned oak with a long honey finish.
