This barrel is a wheated bourbon barrel that has a rare quality about it. The palate / taste of this bourbon has a note of the nose from the musky fresh oak bourbon barrel. The smell of the cask is in the palate on the front. It is one bourbon that we have never found quite like another. This may include cask sediment inside of it in the form of charred oak residue.
This bourbon is unfiltered, non chill filtered and raw, direct from the barrel. A rarity to have a Handfill from the distillery directly.
