Tasting Notes
Nose – A rich sherry aroma with a slight herbal influence. An earthy, leathery background is warmed by peppery oak, adding a delicious contrast to the sweet notes of marzipan,m Mediterranean fruits and rich dark chocolate.
Palate - Robust, sherry Highland character loaded with vintage oak spices, molasses and prune cordial, all combined with dark, chilli-spiced chocolate. A sumptious and luxurious dram.
