A relatively new brand yet faster ageing whiskey due to the climate in Nashville. The wait time for new brands in Southern USA is much shorter than others which they are very fortunate to have. 

This is the 2026 5 Year Old Singe Barrel Release. Picked out by the founder, Alan Jackson and a sublime example of a fine Tennessee bourbon that in time will join the ranks amongst the greats. The potential to create here is incredible.

This appeals mostly to fans of Still Austin and Garrison Brothers from Texas and also those who like a good bourbon with depth of flavour without compromise. 

TASTING NOTES

Notes of caramel and milk chocolate mingle to conclude the nosing experience. The meshing of caramel and milk chocolate lead to the pleasing recollection of Rolo candy. Leading the way on the palate, milk chocolate briefly appears before giving way to a burst of blackberries. As the palate progresses, familiar notes of caramel, nutmeg, and vanilla enter the picture. The mouthfeel is initially creamy and without astringency. Heading toward the finish, dry cocoa powder arrives, but quickly moves toward black cherry soda, though not overly sweet. Hanging on at the end, a slightly astringent black walnut note is found, but with less astringency than the finish on Batch #4.
