A full 60% abv, yet the sweet, rich, spicy distillery character is still very much in evidence. A very small drop of water is recommended to open up the flavours.

TASTING NOTES
Nose - Complex, oaky with apples and pears and a tempting dark toffee sweetness.
Palate - Dry and assertive. The flavours develop quickly to reveal a rich spiciness, combined with a hint oak and sherried fruit.
Finish - Amazingly smooth for the strength. Wonderfully warming with a lingering spiciness, yet very rounded.
