Hard Truth’s award-winning Sweet Mash Bourbon is aged to maturity in new, charred American Oak barrels before being finished with toasted Amburana, a Brazilian hardwood known for its tight grain and distinct aroma. This finishing process adds nuances of cinnamon, maple, honey, and subtle hints of baking spices that further enhance the complexity of the great flavour.

About Hard Truth Distilling Co.

The Hard Truth distilling team continues to work diligently, crafting a range of premium spirits, including popular crowd-pleasers like Maple Bourbon Cream and Hard Truth Toasted Coconut Rum and, of course, remarkable sweet mash whiskeys — the first of which, Hard Truth Sweet Mash Rye Whiskey, was released in November 2021.
