Ezra Brooks 99 Proof US Import Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (2022) 75cl

Bottled at an elevated 99 proof for an enhanced flavour profile, this pure, oak-barrel-aged Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is charcoal filtered for a smooth, mellow finish and features a spicy, ryed bourbon mash bill.

Ezra Brooks bourbon is made with a mash bill of 78% Corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. 

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Cinnamon gum, vanilla pod, flamed orange peel.

Palate: Caramel and vanilla with hints of spice and chocolate, completed with a smooth and warm finish.

Finish: A solid kick of rye on the finish.

About Ezra Brooks

Born and bred in Kentucky, Ezra Brooks has been filling glasses with genuine American bourbon since 1957. In 2018, it found a new home in Bardstown, aka the Bourbon Capital of the World.
