A refined and elegant sparkling rosé, crafted from Burgundian Pinot Noir grapes. Small bunches of beautifully ripe fruit produce a delicate salmon pink rose with persistent bubbles. This sparkler is soft on the palate and brimming with summer fruits, raspberries and strawberries with a touch of cream. A real sparkling delight.

About Hidden Spring
South African culture & expertise meets with UK terroirs in the South of England. A hidden gem that is up and coming in the grand scheme of things with excellent quality wines being produced.
We're situated on a 23 acre small-holding in Horam, just outside Heathfield, in the heart of East Sussex. The vineyard was originally established in 1986 and experienced many years of successful, high-quality wine production, providing award-winning wines across the country. In the mid 2000s the vineyard was converted to a campsite and continued to draw people to Horam. However, in 2015 the vineyard was expanded, removing the remains of the campsite and planting over 24,000 vines of 5 different varieties across 13 acres into the vineyard you see today.
Richard and Sara Asman took ownership of Hidden Spring Vineyard in early 2022. They moved back to the UK, having spent most of their lives in South Africa, when their adult children chose to come back to England to continue their university studies.
Richard, a Pharmacist, has spent the last 30 years bulding up various companies within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and Sara, an Art Psychotherapist with her own practice helping people on a daily basis. They are both passionate about the English wine industry and plan on developing Hidden Spring by expanding the range of excellent wines we produce as well opening up the vineyard to more visitors with a wide offering of events.

The vineyard permits visitors all year round with tours and a dedicated tasting room that is easily accessible.
