Tasting Notes

Nose : The Japanese flatters the nose with sweet aromas of honey and malt sugar. Maple syrup and vanilla resonate. Behind it lie fruity peach aromas.

Palate : The Mars Shinshu Komagatake sits on the tongue with light notes of charred wood. It also brings sweet tones of toffee and honey. Orange jam and peaches penetrate fruity. Subtle tones of peanuts are present towards the back.

Finish : The finish of the Limited Edition is nutty and characterized by spicy pepper.
