Rare Perfection 14 Year Old Canadian Whisky is a limited-release whiskey sourced from Canada and bottled by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is a four-grain spirit aged for 14 years in Canada’s cold climate, which slows maturation and produces a smoother, more restrained oak influence while preserving grain sweetness. It is bottled at 100.7 proof (50.35% ABV) and released in small batches.
Made from a four-grain mashbill of corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley, this whisky is aged in Canada under cold-climate conditions. The slower aging process results in reduced oak extraction and a smoother, more balanced profile. It is typically bottled at or near cask strength with minimal filtration to preserve texture and flavour integrity.

TASTING NOTES
Nose:
Buttery vanilla, caramel, toasted coconut, honeyed grain, and soft orchard fruit with gentle oak spice.
Palate:
Full-bodied and smooth with layers of caramel, toffee, honey, and baked grain sweetness. Notes of orange peel, maple, and light baking spice add depth.
Finish:
Long and warm with lingering vanilla, soft oak, and gentle spice.
