A relatively new brand yet faster ageing whiskey due to the climate in Nashville. The wait time for new brands in Southern USA is much shorter than others which they are very fortunate to have. 

This is the 2026 barrel proof release. This appeals mostly to fans of Still Austin and Garrison Brothers from Texas and also those who like a good bourbon with depth of flavour without compromise. 

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Sweet aromas of honey, vanilla cream and caramel

Palate: Full, deep palate of milk chocolate, toffee and maple syrup

Finish: Savoury and smooth vanilla, toasted oak and coffee/cocoa
